Very noisy. People are very inconsiderate of their neighbors. I've never lived anywhere else that you could hear everything going on upstairs, or outside. People just let their pets go anywhere and they don't bother to get it up. The management isn't considerate of the residents either. They constantly schedule the Mansion for weddings, etc. without telling the residents whats going on ahead of time so that they can know when the pool and exercise equipment are closed to them. NOT enough parking! They do work hard on the landscaping but thats about all.
