We have found the staff and properties overall are more than satisfactory. We have lived here for more than a year and are planning to stay at least another couple of years. Maintenance is fast. We call and they are usually here the same day. The property manager is a really good person and cares about her tenants. The only problem I have is the animal waste. People let them go anywhere and don't bother to pick up. An outdoor pool would sure be great. The indoor pool is good for winter but not for summer.

Must be this part of country as they talk nice till you get into a lease then treat you badly once you are locked in but seem to look the other way to those who are doing something very wrong. Mary Bell
