Reading these posts we have to agree with them. Since coming here temporarily to check the surrounding area for housing, we are amazed how many managers and maintenance personnel changes that have taken place in such short time. Always a bad sign from a business standpoint.

To reiterate other complaints we read on here, we have to agree the landscaping seems to be the only good thing at Mosteller Mansion. To list what our experiences have been thus far:

*The auto center has been shut down for the winter by the owner we were told.
*The hot tub has been shut down for the winter by the owner we were told.
*The weight room and pool can only be used limited times, and when the mansion is rented, they never inform residents, so we get embarrassed and chased out at those times if we show up for a swim or to use the weight room.
*The structures are not high quality and many internal repairs and defects are evident which should not happen for such new buildings if built well.
*Several times there have been late night teenage parties with beer cans, broken glass, and broken flower pots laying the next day where our kids play. Security man doesn't do anything and tells us to call local police because of "liability reasons" he tells us.
*There have sadly been people smoking marijuana off their porches day and at night.
*In the fall there were several occasions where condoms were left scattered around the sundeck and pool area which repeated complaints to management seemed to do nothing.
*Not being able to sleep well at night because of the humane society buildings across from the apartments, which we and other residents were told were to move long ago but never did.
*Promises of a park or play area for our children has never happened either.
*Our vehicle was broken into here as were other residents we know.

So is paying $1,000.00 each month for all this a value' I think not by a long shot. For all that is not here, the rents ought to be 50% of what they think they should be charging, especially in this area with such low employment and bad economic problems we now find daily living here.

We are gone from this area as soon as our lease ends soon here.

Ditto from us too, as what makes us so damn mad, is the fact that our vehicles and personal property have been getting damaged here at night and the current office manager (Wendy) says we all have to accept this living in this type of a community. What planet is that girl from? I see her driving around with Harry the property owner in his gold Landcruiser. Makes you wonder why people are getting in an uproar here and getting out ASAP. DEfinitely NOT worth the high price they think they can charge. People ought to band together and walk out of here and tell them to stick their leases where the sun don't shine! Michael

Thank you for using my name Michael. Besides that, I have to agree with every review here. This place is hell. I was the manager for a short time here and have never worked for anyone more unprofessional than the owner of this property. I can't tell you what is important to him because it certanly is not customer service ( he told me so). That is not how I work nor would I want to live at a place where the owner felt that way. I tried to make this community a better place but that is impossible. I quit because I could get nothing done. I would not reccomend living here, like everyone else said it is not worth it.
