I lived in my apartment for two years while i was building my house. I actually miss living there. The floor plan was so open and spacious. I absolutely love the huge garden tubs that was in the apartment and the bathrooms were very large also. I have read a lot of the reviews that were put on this site and actually disagree with most of them. I was very satisfied with my apartment and the facilities that were offered to me, and the ladies that worked in the office were very friendly and ready to help anyone when they could. All i can say is that i loved that place and if i didnt build a house i would still be there.

i think you know that you are not being honest! come on people tell the truth! office people seriously need to stop, so that noone else moves in on false pretenses

Where's the playground they promised us and others we knew 3 years ago who moved on what they told us, later to find out was a lie after paying super high rent for nothing but problems? Mr. Pilos klept trying to sue the Humane Society for the dogs barking finding out later on he knew well where he was moving and building and there was nothing he could do, but they lied to us coming in saying the Humane Society was leaving in a couple months which was not so either. He has tried to buy that land many times but the owners refuse to sell to him at any price because of the kind of man he is or how he and his office girls run the complex and treat people. We all moved out and elsewhere tired of arguing with staff and the owner who cared nothing about our rights or safety or concerns except that we be held strictly to their NC lease agreement or get evicted!
