I have lived here for over 2 years and I have never had any problems. Love the apartment layout and the large balcony, garden tub, and large laundry room. Located in a very safe area and close to area business's. The Fitness Center and Indoor Pool are located in a elegant mansion on the grounds that is part of the history of Hickory's furniture industry.

You must work for the owner. The mansion is a pseudo-mansions made with plastic trim and moldings as the original owner owned a plastic furniture company here he sold back in 80's before he and his wife died and he built this home for his wife. But to locals seeing and knowing what has happened with the current owner of the property, it is seen as a disgrace to the old Mosteller name in fact. One main reason what Pilos/Delphi wanted to do here in Hickory (retail village), as they smoozed officials in Asheville to do before bailing, they have NOT been able to do in Hickory and probably will not now- especially with the economic housing problems and banking problems going on and many developers are going out of business today and I would not be surprised to see this happen to Mosteller as well for many reasons...
