Previous reviews tell it all, with the exception of the glowing reviews from October 2008 where management is writing perfect score reviews in an effort to bring up their overall rating.

I usually prefer not to post to blog sites but it seems important to reinforce the warning in this "beware" posting. Management here is misusing this site to try to win over new residents instead of honestly addressing issues and needs of current residents. It is unfortunate for us that they use energy to mislead instead of using the same energy to improve. The community in general is okay but nowhere near as great as presented in these "it's so wonderful" postings. There are plenty of rental places in the area that are equal and without all the manipulation. At least a previous manager was willing to identify herself as such and address concerns. My recommendation would be to look at other rentals and use caution when dealing with the staff here.

I dont think it is wrong to let good people know how much we enjoy the apartment and the neighborhood i am relocating to the area and how found mosteller to be a greatplace to live while we find a new home we hope that others will find it as enjoyable as we have
