The apartments themselves are really nice-great location. Management sucks!- It turns over all of the time! Employees do not stay for long! Things get 'dropped' between managers and maintenance people and generally do not get fixed. The parking is terrible when everyone is home. The amenities are only for partiers and drinkers. Deposits are not refunded-EVEN WHEN YOU LEAVE THE APT CLEAN-they say the deposit is for paying for them to clean it! Ask lots of questons and make sure you get it in writing!

I really don't think you know what you are talking about because this place is the greatest place that I have ever lived at and hope to continue. If you have moved then that's great because this place don't need people like you here just to start trouble. THANKS!!!

Great response. You must work in the office. I know for a fact that the owner, Harry, is paying people to get on here and leave good comments. Just to make his score go up. Pretty pathetic that you can't just let the people that live here decide what the score should be.
