Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
Close to town. Great exercise room, pool, and laundry facility. A bit overpriced for size and condition. Had a 3BR and paid $850 . Rented it new just after grand opening. Convenient to Viewmont area, however no sidewalks for walking. Cute but small. Thin walls and little insulation, especially when living beside children.
