When I was looking for a new place to live, I looked at several apartmets in Hickory. What struck me about Waterford was that the pool was crystal clear - in the middle of January. All the other apartments I looked at with a pool had leaves and other refuse in it. Also, the office is on the premesis, and it's open 7 days a week, which is very convenient. Finally, I like the fact that my cable and water are included in my rent; that's two less things to worry about.
