The place presents itself well at first with fancy flags and a clean pool but there were too many problems for me to give this place a good review. Excellent on site maintenance crew - polite and extremely responsive and adept. Some of the office staff can be polite and helpful. The pool is very clean but it gets closed often as punishment (yes). Grounds are just OK as you will never be able to use any grassy area without stepping in dog doo. Poor problem solving overall results in few positive changes. There are some very nice residents but it depends what time of year you are living there and turnover in our area was large. Summer is the worst time for noise and antics and we stuggled with this for months. Overall we expected much better for such a newly built place and self proclaimed "luxury" -- especially when seeing the very poor construction quality both inside and out. Some is obvious and some takes a while to see for yourself. The kitchen was poorly appointed. No covered parking and the childrens play area is in poor shape and extremely unimpressive. If you are considering this place for any length of time be sure to look very closely and weigh your options. Also worth mentioning -- you are responsible for taking your trash to the dumpster which in our case was not a walkable distance. Everyone on the south side of the complex has to drive it over and lots of times it sits out by the cars while waiting for that drive. Driving our trash was a huge inconvenience for us (maybe it's not for everyone) and I hated puting trash in our nice car all the time. If we lived on the bottom floor i would have bought a wagon! I fell that mgt should have brought this to our attention -- before we signed the lease. Some car/property damage and thefts were announced while we were living there but we were not personally affected and it had felt safe to me so i was suprised. Overall, extreamly glad to be out of there.

Uh... kids are out of school in summer and people spend more time outside so... of course it is going to be noisy more in the summer. That is anywhere you live. If you want good quality construction... go find a stick builder to build you a $300,000 house. That is when you will start seeing quality. It's just an apartment. Not trying to diss this rating but... come on... how many property manager hire a poo patrol and come to your door to and ask for your trash. Your right, they should have told you about where the dumpsters are but you should have also been keeping that in mind when looking for an apartment.

Did management write this response....I lived there and was not impressed.... More could be done with dog poo. How about charging them if they don't pick it up???????????? Noise???? Kids at times, had nothing to do with it...DON'T BLAME THEM!!!!!!!

this place really sucks. i live her now, and its aweful. Having to drive the trash over to the dumpster, the risk of steping in dog poop everytime I go in the grass, "ole puss" on staff is a bitty, and the people in our building are rude and loud...all the time. Not to mention the fact that the construction really does suck. needless to say, i cant wait to get out of this lease.
