This place is like "little Mexico". The spanish community is so strong here that if you speak only English you will be lost. Our family found this out the hard way. Many of them are citizens and obey the law. But there is an equal amount of unlawfulness in the Spanish community here.

While we were there the pool was out of service most of the time. When the pool was open, pool rules were not always observed. Management did a poor job of maintaining a safe pool area. At one point the water was green for months.

Maintenance was prompt to come out. However, they would look at a problem and then create an excuse not to fix it half the time. Our family just eventually got to where we fixed stuff ourself without asking maintenance for help.

I liked the parking lot because it was one big circle. Spaces were difficult to get in and out of because of an abundance of construction trucks. There were a lot of construction workers living there during our stay. Their trucks were always dropping nails in the parking lot. Driving in and out each day left you wondering if you'd end up with a stray nail in your tire. Also related to an abundance of construction working residence is the noise on a work day, as everyone in piling in their vechiles to leave...often way to early in the day for my liking.

Crime involving unregistered vechiles was a huge issue during our stay. People driving crazy through parking lots and stuff. There were also a high number of break-ins, but we were never robbed. Thank goodness.

The only good thing about our stay was the ice cream truck that came around all the time.
