When I first moved here in 2003 it was great, great staff, great community and it felt safe.......here it is 2007 and this community has gone nothing but to the dumps....yes maintenace does show up.....but half way fixes things and expects you to live in it and be ok with the poor work... You just begin to get to a pointt where you don't even call to get anything fixed. Management seemed like it was getting stronger until CL left after that it went straight down hill in the dumps...the current property manager SA has very poor bookeeping skills and will not handle concerns hands on but runs from complaints and talks thru her leasing agents..... VERY poor business skills. If the realty company doesn't turn their management team around quickly I can very well see many consumer reporting agencies on their backs regarding their fair housing practices, the business practices, and possibly even lawsuits.
