I currently live at Chatham Wood. I have submitted maintenance problems months ago, and they have not been addressed. Whenever I drive by the office to talk to the staff, they are never there. There is ALWAYS a sign on the door that says when they will be back. I am just not fully satisfied with the management and the maintenance. The pool in the back is disgusting, and no obvious efforts have been made to fix that. The shrubs are growing out of control and look tacky. I sound mean, but that is because I am picky. I have not been fully satisfied with the complex. I am sure that it would be a dream for college students, but not for adults.
