I have lived here going on one year and I am so ready for my lease to be up. My car has been broken into twice right outside of my apt. The staff is never here and I can never get ahold of a maintenance person to come and fix things. We had mold over running our kitchen which took them 2 weeks to fix and all they did was replace a board and the mold is still under it. It is mostly college kids here and the apt's are nice with the screened in porch, if you dont mind the keg parties and robberies sure I would say this is a great place. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I lived in that community back in 2004 for a short period, also in 2002. The mold and mildew is a serious problem. It caused our family alot of health problems. We had to break lease for that and other reasons. Our car was never broken into but I did feel the lighting was always poor. I did not feel comfortable coming in from the parking lot after dark.

As A SINGLE woman I'm so grateful to know this!!! I cannot afford to be vandalled and robbed! mold treatment also seems to be a low priority in the complex I currently live as well regardless of the fact the lease has them requiring immediate notice of a problem
