As someone looking to lease, my husband and I viewed this community. The leasing office was under construction, it was a mess. The girl who showed us the apartment (Jennifer) was nice.She was knowledgable.The grounds were undergoing some work too. Some parts were nice, some were not.The workers, were sitting on the side of the road, doing who knows what. The buildings need painting....the walkways were nasty.Cars rode by with "thumping" music. The apartment...smelled like mildew...it was empty..and "cleaned"?....the carpet had holes in it. The screened in porch...looked like the wood was going to fall off, and needed painting badly.There was stickers..on the building itself that was left from the last tennant...graffti...spider webs and spiders..on the porch....and Jennifer was still trying to tell us about this place?....I would not let a roach live there...needless to say, we left as fast as we could.

THIS IS TURE!! THEY NEED TO BURN THAT PLACE DOWN AND START OVER!! EVERYONE SHOULD LEAVE NOW BEFORE THEY GET SICK, OR SHOT IN THE HEAD! ITS NOT SAFE FOR KIDS OR MOMS!! WOMEN HAVE BEEN RATED THERE!!
