I've been living in Chatham Wood for a year and week after week i try to get the leak in my ceiling fixed. There is a hole above my shower and toilet where water from my neighbors shower and toilet leak down into my apartment. there is now mold growing on said holes.
Its the middle of june and the pools aren't open. It's only 100 degrees outside. This place sucks and I regret moving here!!!

They do have free pets though. just walk down to the creek near the clubhouse and pick up a free RAT!

Just moved in 2 months ago and I already regret it.Is there any city agency that you report to regarding this matter. Please advise me if you can.

I kno the city of Greensboro is who the residents there call if they have any problems in their apartments....I beleive you can call the city health inspector...
