This place is absolutly horrible. I have been living here for a year and have had to continuously confront the office about the same problems, that even to this day, have not been fixed. The people who work here have made me feel as though I do not even matter. I have tried to get in touch with the property management and even they will not return my phone calls. Once I told the office that I was planning on moving out, they then began to show some interest in helping me, giving me dates and times for maintenance to come by. I wasted too much of my time sitting around waiting, and no one ever showed up. One maintenance guy even had the nerve to call and leave a very rude message on my answering machine, as if it is my fault that he cannot do his job correctly. He said that he "can't match his schedual to mine", although I am paying his salary. He himself has set up times to come by my apartment and fix the holes in my ceiling, and has yet to show up. For the first three months that I lived here, I didn't even have a key to my mailbox. It took literally three months of my complaining to be able to check my mail. I am sick of wasting my time with this place. The people here are very unprofessional and lazy. It is the end of June and the pools are not even open yet! If you are looking to move into Chatham Wood, I HIGHLY reccomend that you go somewhere else.
