most disgusting apartment i have ever seen or been in in all my life. what a crap hole. those dirty ass old women who think they can manage are insane. And there stupid ass maintnance people. Everything took forever to get fixed. My sliding glass door handle and lock was held in with one screw and did not lock. They never fixed it. i was only there for 2 months and finally i told them to shove it up there ass and i am in the process of taking them to court. they left me without hot water for about a week. after they finally decided to come and fix it the hot water heater had busted and cause almost 1000 dollars worth of damage to my personal property. And all that water made mold and part of the ac vent was in the same closet. so mold was blown through out the apt. I took digital photos of everything. they of course are denying it. my dishwasher was not working and i founf out cause i used it once and the water never drained out. it took them 2 weeks to come and get it so for those 2 weeks i had to have that stank ass water sitting there in my apt. Then when they finally did get it they left it on my patio for another 2 weeks. most disgusting place. a lot of ants and dirty lil kids peeing in the stairways. got video of that also to show the courts. deff not worth the money and it should really be burned to the ground. and those 2 old bags put in coffins and thrown in the burning pile of crap. do yourself a favor stay away you will regret it if you dont, i will see those ------- in court and i have already contacted the bbb along woth the health dept and that state attorney generals office and i have to lawyers ready to sue.

I did not have quite the same problems but maintenance is slow and clueless, the upstairs neighbor has the floor falling in ( on my head I suppose) and they have no plan to fix it. I also am ready to go to the city. I have fallen on their property 5 times because of hidden hazards they do not even want to know about.
