The actual apartments are great, there are several noisy tenants in the campus that are friends with the leasing office employees. This makes reporting said offenders difficult. Great property that is mismanaged. Only move here if you can handle a party atmosphere.

I have to disagree with the negative views of the management and also of the noise. I have been here since Jan of this year (2006); the office staff is AWESOME (Eric & Shannon are wonderful people), maintenance staff AWESOME, and the noise - WHAT noise? This community is one of the nicest, quietest, and serene communities there is in High Point. I wouldn't have chosen it if it wasn't. I love my peace and quiet. The staff is great and friendly they do take care of any and all complaints in a timely fashion. I have had 1 complaint on myself which was rectified as soon as I was presented with it - no more problems. Living in a community requires respect, love, and more respect! Don't get mad get glad lock (lol).
