WONDER WHEN OUR POOL AND SECURITY GATE WILL BE OPEN AND WORKING AGAIN'
WE SURE GET NOTICES ON OUR DOORS WHEN SOMEONE IS BEING NOISEY OR WHEN WE NEED TO PARK ELSE WHERE WHEN THEIR IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON,BUT WHEN SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY DONT GO TO ERIC BECAUSE HE WILL TELL YOU JUST LIKE HE DID ME,ITS NONE OF YOUR CONCERN EVEN THOUGH TWO SATURDAYS AGO THE GUYS THAT LIVE UNDER ME HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE SOME STRAGLERS DROVE IN OUR UNGATED COMMUNITY AND TRYED TO PICK A FIGHT,FORTUNATELY THE POLICE WERE CALLED AND THEY WERE RAN OFF.OH I DID GET A LETTER ON MY DOOR ABOUT IF LOUD NOISES AND IMPROPER CONDUCT WENT ON IT COULD AFFECT OUR CREDIT,ERIC YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR ------- SMART ASS LETTERS OUT,OH WELL HOPE ALL OF THE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES AREN T MANAGED LIKE THIS ONE.
MAYBE MONSTER DOT.COM OR A HEAD HUNTER IS LOOKING FOR A MGR.WITH HIS QUALITIES'

THIS IS THE FIRST WEEK THAT IT HAS BEEN WARM ENOUGH TO SWIM AND THE POOL IS NOW BEING MADE READY FOR A NEW SEASON. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BEGIN INSPECTIONS UNTIL THE SECOND WEEK OF MAY AND SINCE THERE ARE ABOUT 1000 POOLS IN THE COUNTY YOU HAVE TO WAIT YOUR TURN. As for the gate a peson hit the gate the insurance company did an investigation and a gate was ordered,the gate was made,shipped,and installed as quickly as all of these criteria were met by the insurance company. Again this is not management that caused this it was a resident that apperantly could not drive.
