From the time of lease signing (which they refuse to do on the weekends!) until now we continue to have issues with the management and service department. The apartment was not ready to be moved in, tools were still lying around, and even a bathroom door was missing. The management did not understand our request for a move-in inspection form and acted surprised that we would request such a thing.

We returned the inspection sheet with a list of deficiencies but after two weeks of waiting with no response we contacted the office to voice our concern. A few days later some of the items including the door were repaired, but the door was never painted and remains that way currently.

The property was constructed with little attention to detail which is obvious once you enter the apartment. From poorly planned plumbing lines, cheap fixtures, and insufficient sound proofing between flooring and units.

The saving grace of the entire community seems to be its affordability, and the friendly residents.

Our staff strives to provide exceptional customer service; since we are short-staffed on the weekends, we try to schedule move ins during the week. We provide every new resident with an inspection form to complete, we actually withold mailbox keys until this form is returned to our office.

I agree with the tenant. I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year and I SERIOUSLY regret signing another year lease. Management changes on a monthly basis, and I wouldn't say they strive for customer service. The current team is rude and doesn't seem to try and solve resident's issues. They avoid phone calls and do not seem to have the training or management skills to handle a complex of this size. STAY AWAY! Not worth the money you pay each month.
