The nasty smell of the trash compacter (which is frequently overflowing on the weekends), the incompetent staff that changes every month or so. The key cards that "sometimes work on the side gate", the tiny parking spots (and lack of parking for such a large complex). My carpets are coming up at the edges of every room. My lighting is loose, and more. If I could afford to move out, I would! When my lease is up- I'm outta here! COPPERMILL VILLAGE IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY!!!!

This problem has slightly improved. I have been a residence at Copper Mill Village Apartments for a year and a half. Just today the trash compactor was overflowing...again this issue has improved however still a big problem
