I am a current resident since last year. My lease was up and moved from a 1 to a 2 bedroom. The transition was painless. The staff made it easy to renew and the maintenance people fixed my issues with the new apartment very quickly and we professional. As I sit here and look at the reviews I am shocked about all the less than favorable reviews. Noise, I never hear my neighbors, occaisionally I will hear someone up above me walk by but thats it. The grounds are well lit and parking is plentiful. Yes, the gate breaks sometimes however, doesn't most mechanical stuff' The grounds are well taken care of and are lanscaped at least once a week. I love the pool during the summer months and appreciate the effort the staff makes in making the pool area a very nice place to be.
