After completing a 6 month lease,I gave a 30 notice at the end of January stating that was leaving at the end of February 07. I actually left early around February 20, 2007 thinking that they could rent it out again early if they needed to. All seemed ok during checking out "So I thought" until about 2 years later when I get a call from a collections agency stating that owed coppermill unpaid rent. They also stated that I owed for a final water bill. After contacting coppermill they informed me that because I left during February, which is a 28 day month, I owed them for 3 days rent based off a 31 day month, Unbelievable!!. As for the water bill I asked for a copy of the last bill showing the meter reading from the last bill til the time I moved out. Their response- They dont send out a bill, but write down the meter readings when I vacated. I stated that they could have used the water after I vacated, and their response was that "they would never do that",ya right. The moral of this story is DONT RENT HERE if you value your money.

It is true, I also rented here and the apartment staff tried to charge me for several items when I moved out , in addittion during the time I rented here the garbage area was constantly overflowing, creating a real health risk when my self and my kids had to walk past it every day.
