My first impression....I was amazed. The staff was friendly and the community looked really good. Once I moved in, it got wild and crazy. My neighbors were constantly fighting, some other neighbors apartment got broken into...it was terrible. I continued to stay thinking maybe it was just a fluke...NOT!! The other residents decks starting looking trashy and it was way too much noise throughout the community. The staff seemed to have one thing on their mind.....MONEY! They started moving in just about anybody. Rates went up drastically after the first inital year. They wheeled and dealed to get you in then they wanted to charge you way too much for rent for the next year. Overall the staff did what they could to who they could handle, but it was too much drama for me!!!
