Too expensive for what you get

This apartment complex is too expensive for what you pay. There is no laundry facility onsite. Trash will pile up at the trash pick up site. The dishwasher is very small. Also for the price, I was disappointed that there was no place to wash my car. Most importantly for the price, I would expect maintenance calls to be taken care of better, and you could probably find a comparable complex for less money.
