I love living here and the office staff is great.. maintenance is good too... beautiful fin community

ive got the same problem with noisy neighbors living above me here at deep river....also have u checked out the website and see how much they are listing the apartments here yet people that live here are paying 50-100 more for a one bedroom and they are advertising a two bedroom at 735 i live in a one bedroom and pay 700 and they wanted to raise it to 740...this is crazy im pissed

The walls are just so thin here. You can't even close a cabinet door without the neighbor having to hear it. I think management lives in a bubble in that they have no idea how pitiful DRP has become and yet they think they deserve a key to the city for "maintaining" this place. I sure hope management is being paid what they're worth. If so, I wonder where they moonlight with their second and third job.
