We have paid our rent on time, never late, never complained about the numerous requests to fix items within the apartment and they still have not been completed and it has been over 9 months! They do not enforce their parking rules and I have been blocked in some mornings! The rent is horrible for what little you get here and then they go and increase it by $50! There is goose droppings everywhere and they say they clean it but they don't. They vaccum and blow off the apartment areas at odd hours during the day and afternoon or early in the morning. They do not work with you at all and they only thing they are concerned with is getting your money. The worst management I have ever seen and experienced! I will be VERY glad when I move out. Do NOT move here unless you want to pay over the top prices for horrible management.

got to love the noisy neighbors and the tennis court that only 4 tentants use..why not build something for the children that are running the breezeways and parkinglots! and lets talk about the website. did u see the prices they are asking for a two bedroom 650-735 i live in a one bedroom for the last yr and ahalf and pay 700 and they wanted to raise that to 740 this is crazy

I'm one of the four that use the tennis court and even that has cracks large enough to alter the trajectory of the ball. There isn't a negative post on this site that I could argue with. If you have noisy neighbors, do NOT expect help from the management office. Hell, the manager over there lives 30 miles away from the property. Her own admission nonetheless....
