I have lived at Deep River Pointe for about one year now and I love it. I have read several of the posts on here and disagree with them. My apartment is beautiful and anytime I have a maintenance request they are quick to fix it for us. I have lived at several different properties in the area and have had horrible experiences. I feel like Deep River Pointe is going to be my family's home for many years to come.

Your "family's" home for many years? Are you serious? The very idea that you'd want a "family" in the apt. living is shocking all by itself but for many years?? I will say that maintenance is quick to respond and they do try but there are times when they are simply not up for the task and they are slow to admit it. In the meantime, your problem persists on and on while they "fumble" with it. Eventually, they call a professional but by that time, your utilities bill has almost doubled. Their heart is in the right place; yes, but that doesn't pay bills. If apt life in general is for you and your family then DRP should be sufficient in terms of noise. If not then wait until you get a noisy neighbor. You'll find out right away that management has little or no control. That said, if you're a very noisy person yourself, like the Chinese family living on the 3rd floor in 3973 Clubhouse Court then you yourself are the problem so noise will not be an issue for you. In any event, good luck.
