Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I've been living here for the past 9 months. Overall, I like it pretty well. My only complaints really are neighbors. Someone downstairs parks their motorcycle IN their apartment, creating a lot of noise. Next door neighbors are noisy as well, to the point that I got accused of being noisy as well when I am very careful about my noise level. There is a policy of where pets are walked, which is not enforced as well as it should be.
