I currently live here and can honestly say that if it weren't for the people in the office I would have been long gone. The prices aren't that bad when you first move in but everytime you renew they go up. And they started charging us for water. But like I said, its totally worth staying to know that you have people looking out for you and your home. I spend a lot of time out of town and never have to worry about if something goes wrong, cause they actually offer to keep an eye on it for me while I'm gone. They're always in good moods and if I leave a message after hours they call me first thing the next morning. I would highly recommend living here based on the service you get.
