It'd be pretty good if the rent furnished some of the utilities, but it's still a decent apartment complex. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and the reps are fairly helpful. Don't expect to be catered, but they are good apartments for the price you pay. Really good for students who dont have a lot of money to spend, but not the best for someone who wants a spacious and fully furnished apartment.
