I've lived here six years and rate the complex very high, mostly because of the excellent staff, both office and maintenance. Since the apartments are reasonably priced, though, there is a movement toward a younger clientelle, which creates a noise problem, at times, especially with booming car stereos. The office staff, however, is quick to respond to complaints of this sort. Parking is sometimes a problem, mostly during furniture market. For the most part, those living here tend to keep to themselves and it's generally an overall quiet environment.
