This apartment complex seemed perfect before we moved in. The grounds are well kept, it's quiet, and the rent is very reasonable.
The staff at the front office are often rude and terrible to approach if you have some sort of problem and they seem to watch your every move. One little slip up such as having an extra guest at the pool or a towel hanging over the balcony is a violation of the lease. There are also strict limitations on how long guests can stay, including family who are in from out of town. The appliances here are very outdated and add up big when it comes to your electric bill. Also, don't get too excited about the fact that a washer and dryer are in the unit. It takes over 2 hours to dry your clothes!
Although the maintenance staff does a wonderful job getting to any problems. They are even nice enough to call if they won't be able to make it out that day.

yea... they do have a person on call to respond if any "emergency" happens. But FUNNY thing is one day i locked myself out and it was probably below freezing outside, i was told to call a locksmith by the person on call and I'm sorry but I'm paying a rediculous amount to stay here anyways... can't you just come out and bring me a key to get in so i wont have to pay a locksmith? I think this place has POOR management!
