I have lived here for just over a year and I can admit the appliances are a little outdated. HOWEVER, they work, and well. I never had any problems, and the two times I had to call maintenance (to replace the florescent bulbs in the kitchen) it was handled promptly and was very easy. I can't believe that the previous poster would say anything negative about Trish. She is an absolute sweetheart and both her and Denise are the best property managers I've ever dealt with. They make a real effort to keep the place clean, and as long as you are responsible and throw your trash in the dumpster(where it belongs) you won't have any issues. The places are big, the layout is a little funny, but the price is right. They pay for your water and it's right across from the YMCA which is really convenient. There was only one incident with crime when I was here, but a lot of cops live here and they really do keep an eye on things. The response to this small incident was incredibly thorough and fast. The only issue I really had was with the noise. There is a trucking place next door and if you live in the front of the complex you can hear them a lot. The walls are a little thing, but hey, it's an apartment. Overall I've been very happy.
