I lived here for a year, and hated every minute of it. The rent is too high for the conditions. Had power bills in excess of $200, due to horrible insulation. The appliances are outdated not to mention a fire hazard. Had problems with bugs and all the office people would tell us is that's what he get for living in a shaded apartment. The office staff are completely rude. Denise attempted to have a friend of mine arrested for trespassing because she outside on a phone call and I was not by her side. Denise also said that I was to tell her anytime I had company stay for more that one night. The administrative staff have their favorites and if you aren't one of them you will know. i agree about the staff, for the most part very uneducated and rude, stay far away from this place

I have had nothing but problems with the staff since day 1! The new girl is really nice, but hopefully the other 2 will not rub off on her! Denise literally slammed the door in my face one day because I confronted her about something... I'm sorry, but I always thought the customer was right, and I am the customer! And if I'm paying over 600 dollars a month to live somewhere, I will have over who I want to have over, and it's none of anyone's business! This place needs new management bad or it's going to be out of business soon!
