I have only been here for one month and feel the integrity of the staff and maintenance staff are the best I have ever seen. They always are helpful and ethically concerned. They have shown me the hard problems and did not leave anything out about violations, problems or security issues. I have observed the grounds and the maintenance with great efficiency and the offices staff - all the staff are of the utmost character with attention to the integrity, ethics, and southern hospitality I have been missing for many years. The ones with negative feedback have not looked at the whole issue or failed to realize how having someone who always follows the rules of the company will be there when you need some injustice being done to you. I like having that type of person such as Denise and Tricia and Dannielle around for everything. Hope I can help them as much as they have helped me feel right at home. Thanks for everything.
