i have lived here for almost a year and will be moving, not resigning. Im not lying, if you have more than 1 guest the cops are called on you and the office staff is very,very rude. denise is a uneducated jerk, im serious, she is a joke. this place will not last long with her running her mouth to guest. even when the cops show up they laugh at how stupid she acts, and has told me not to worry about it, they get complaints from here and they have to waste thier time coming out. how can you get called for disturbing the peace at 3 pm in the afternoon' This place is a joke and the power bills do go as high as 180 bucks dus to the appliances being outdated. but as i say again, if you have a guest come over or come to the pool the staff will try to make a fool of you, although its ok for the staff to have as many as 5 or g ppl over at the pool or apt. its pretty sad when the office managers are uneducated and very,very redneck

YOU SUCK! You have been caught getting drunk and Hop'n the fence at night to go swimming at 2:00 AM. Denice (spell it right next time jerk) is a very educated woman with a wonderful attitude and personality. You just wrote this because you got chewed out by Management. I hope you move out soon because she and I witnessed your idiocy the other day in the office, you live across the parking lot and we could STILL here you people yelling and screaming like diseased monkeys over there! I feel very sorry for you... because there are plenty of people willing to back me up on this. By the way moron, our electrical bill is averaged at about 80-100 dollars every bill, so shut up. GO DENICE!

Didn't you learn how to capitalize and spell in school or did you only get throught the first grade and went home at recess? ? ? Your eyes are slanted because your the JERK. You had a drunken braul over a ball game at 3PM and could be heard across the complex by numerous residents. Can't deny that one idiot, good as a video in any court. Your closest neighbors complained before the management had to step in. As for the police, they have protocal to follow, first times a warning! Let them get called again and you may very well be writing your next complaint in jail. Rude begets Rude. You don't have guests at your place they are Baboons like yourself. Too bad we don't have a petting zoo, you'd be the star attraction. If the police made such comments to you about the management, they are in violation of their code of ethics, not that you would know what that is. Your extreme utility bill is negligence on your part, passing out drunk and leaving the appliancces running. Do yourself a favor and move, , , before you get evicted!
