I believe it is important to have a strong character like Denise to keep the moral environment safe. If you have ever been impressed by a Strong teacher or Sergeant (english spelling)or even your Mom, who did not let you do wrong to anyone especially to yourself, then Denise is the kind of person you want in the manager position. She does want the property to be safe for everyone. That is what was told when we all moved in. Dont step over the line, and you will not be sorry. The appliances are old because they have been well taken care of. Saving money in every way possible means lower costs. I cannot imagine a better place and location. One block from grocery, walmart and theatre and the YMCA across the street. How can you complain! I enjoy being safe and not worry that my neighbors are acting foolish. Foolish people bring in foolish people who do not follow the rules. Just be positive, ethical and moral. You will sleep better. Remember to care for your neighbors.
