This was a nice, new community when we moved in two years ago. The staff kept the grounds clean, changed our air conditioner filters on a regular basis, pressure washed the sidewalks, and kept up the landscaping. The office was open the hours posted and someone was there to help you when you had problems. Residents were held responsible for their trash disposal, noise levels, pets, and children. However, in two years the office staff has change at least four times. The landscaping has been destroyed in front of my building. There is trash in the parking lot and other common areas. I often find food and drinks spilled on the sidewalk outside of my door. The siding on my building has soda on it and children have written on it in pencil and black magic marker. One of our cars was side swiped in the parking lot, but we never found out who was responsible. The last office manager apparently quit and for several weeks there was no one in the office. It has become very frustrating and we look forward to moving when our lease is up this year. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

My boyfriend and I love our apt. We have been living here for almost a year and never had any complaints. Other than the kids around the building bouncing a basketball and being loud near my door (I work two jobs, so it would be nice to lay down in the middle of day). The manager is very friendly and welcoming. And she is always happy to help you out.
