Office staff has been changed about four times since I have lived here (1.5yr)
There was no office staff for about a month so if you had any concerns you were out of luck. There is a woman above me throwing her dogs feces over her balcony into the grassy area that my kids play in and nothing has been done about it yet. I have made complaints three times by the way. Unfortunatley they have been to three different people that have come and gone.
Kids vandalized laundry room last year resulting in no drink machines on complex. Kids again vandalized memorial day weekend and the pool has yet to be opened.
Do not leave anything of value on your patio or door step because the neighborhood kids will get a hold of them. I set a pumpkin out and it was crushed. I had my kids outside toys on our patio and they just helped themselves to playing on them.
I feel like the root of the problem here is lack of steady management and lack of supervision for roaming children.
A new company has recently bought out the place so maybe things will come around but I'm already looking else where.
The new company does seem to be working diligently to get things back in order although the pool is still not open. Can you tell that I would like to be swimming in June'
