When we moved in two years ago, the complex was decent. However, it has been terrible for the last eight months. Every time I would get ready to go work out at our facility, it would be out of commission because tenants do not know how to watch their children. They have vandalized the laundry room, work-out room, and the pool to the point where they have been unusable for weeks at a time. The children roam around the neighborhood and parking lot with NO supervision and no one does anything about it. People play their music loudly, slam doors, and leave trash all around the complex. My car has been egged and a child threw a rock at my car as I was pulling out of the complex. Also, if you move in, MAKE SURE to tell them two months before your lease is up that you are moving out. According to the office, even though my lease runs out next month, I am responsible for two months rent because I did not tell them 60 days in advance I was moving out. I didn't even know 60 in advance where I would be living. Overall, this is a terrible place to live unless you can absolutely not afford another place to live, because those are the only people who will be there after this month. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
