I put in a request to have the washer fixed over a month ago. I have YET to hear anything about it. Today I had to call the emergency line and it took the guy 30 mins to call me back. It took them 2 weeks to get me a different key to my mailbox because the one I had didn't work. I finally had to walk up to a maintenace worker and tell him that I needed a key. God forbid that you need something on a Saturday. The girl who works there on Saturdays is nothing but hateful.
The place is nice and all, but don't try to get anything fixed!

I found the girl that works on Saturdays to be very nice as well as the rest of the staff. I have never had a problem with getting anything fixed. It is always fixed within 24 hours
