Management and maintenance staff are responsive, place remains quiet, good square footage for the cost, two-level townhome style feels more like a home than an apartment, good location (although it's off Wendover, the traffic really isn't bad). Right beside Greenway entrance--nice to walk or bike.
Negatives: The places are shoddily built--walls are kind of thin (but we've always had quiet neighbors and management is responsive to loud ones), it seems that the builders didn't use a level for anything. Could use more parking. We can hear loud base booming from cars on a nearby road when cars are stopped at that stoplight, which is a little annoying, but the apartment complex itself is quiet and that makes up for it.
Overall, I do recommend it.
