We have lived at Laurel Bluff for a year now. It is definitely a value for the space of the townhomes. The office staff are professional and friendly. Maintenance is fast.

The only downsides are 1) the thin walls and 2) other tenants are often disrespectful (letting their dogs go to the bathroom right by the building; playing loud music)
