These townhomes cost way too much in rent especially looking at the quality of them. The walls, although tough when you're trying to hang up a panting are really very thin. You can hear neighbors doing everything, children crying and residents coughing. The water heater in the kitchen isn't very attractive. A single kitchen sink which is annoying if you're used to two. Water pressure was terrible. Floors that creak when you walk on them. Only reason I believe the cost is so high is because you're right off Wendover which isn't all that great itself. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
