When I first looked here they were so nice in the office and the places were roomy. So I signed a lease and they gave me a great deal. One, now that I think of it no other places would. It was to good to be true. They tricked me in my deals. After I signed the lease they changed the deals. Well I stayed and shrugged it off. About 7 months later my husband lost his job and i'm not able to work so I told them that I needed to break my 18 month lease and move and asked if for a couple of months I could pay less and catch it up. I was begging for help and they didnt care. They told me to break my lease it would be about 3,000 dollars and about 2 weeks after that the put a note on my door saying that I had to pay for every month they didnt lease the place to someone else. They wont even speak to me as walk by. Tara in the office every time you go in she is ALWAYS on the phone. Postal guy give my mail to other and vise versa. The walls are thin, they texture them to hide places but not a good job. Can hear others. Spiders are a big problem, probaly 20 in the past month. In the past few months about 5 people moved out. I am always seeing moving trucks here. They are to expensive. The only reason they are pricey is because the movie theatre is .5 mile down the road. Look some where else. Tara in the office use to live at Eastchester Ridge Apartments if that tell ya anything. That is also where I am moving to.
