I lived here for about 1 year. I read all the other reviews. Wow! I feel differently. I thoroughly enjoyed living at Laurel Bluff. Its location is very convenient. Anything you could ever need or want is within two miles of the complex. The lawns, trees, shrubbery and flowers area always kept neat, clean and presentable. It is one of the reasons I was attracted to Laurel Bluff. I took advantage of the DVD borrow program, pool, work out room, office (offering internet, copy and fax capabilities), and walking path to the parks. The rooms were clean and spacious for apartment living. I never saw any bugs in my apartment which speaks well of the ground maintenance. Yes, I did hear some noise sometimes .but come on guys .it is an apartment. When I mentioned this to management they were ready and willing to speak to the responsible party. However, I had already spoken to my neighbor and we had worked it out civilly. My AC did stop working. So I can verify that maintenance it awesome. They arrived quickly, identified and fixed the problem quickly, while being polite and courteous. I would also like to speak well of the Management team. All the complaints about management are things that are signed in your rental agreement for this apartment or any other apartment. I found them (management) to be very friendly, helpful and efficient.
