Laurel Springs has a beautiful facade. The grounds are kept up well. However, the neighbors are rude. After 10pm (when quiet hour starts), that is when all of the nocturnals come crawling out of their holes and mistake the breezeways as an extra room in their apartment. The office staff is desperate to fill their vacancies as the interest rates are low on homes and they continue to build more and more apartments. Keep in mind money talks and the employees get bonuses if the occupancy rate is up.
