Unfortunately I still live at Laurel Springs, but will say once this upcoming lease is fulfilled, I will not be signing another. I will be looking elsewhere. It is true about employees dating residents. Very unprofessional! I will say it was in its early stages a great place to live, but has fallen short rapidly. With the upcoming three bedrooms in addition to what they already have, there will be more vandalism by teenagers living there unmonitered. Not to mention no pool room. This is not a place I recommend for responsible adults looking for mature neighbors. Truly a sad thing. Greed took over when the complex decided they could make money on three bedrooms. Bad decision. Garages are not spaced with ample room to exit when backing out.

So in your opinion the management staff should police & do the parenting of these kids? Right...Oh my God an hour later than the ten o'clock curfew! Some one alert the Governor. Come on, you want someone else a thrid party to watch these kids 24 hours a day. The office staff leaves at what, like 6 or so, are you suggesting that someone be in the office around the clock? Do you want to take care of them? I bet you're a teacher or someone in education, aren't you?
